Where will I sleep?

Please bring your nest to be comfortable for the duration of the event, yoga mat, blankets, cushions (support your under your knees & lower back), pillow. All MUST fit in the size of a regular yoga mat.

You will keep your stuff next to you. There is limited space so keep items to 1 duffle bag size.

The building will be locked by 9pm. So please arrive before. If you need to leave, we will have someone available to unlock the door for you.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. To maintain the integrity of our intimate event while respecting our participants' needs, we've established the following cancellation and refund policy:
Full Refund Period: • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event date will receive a full refund.
No Refund Period: • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Transfer Option: • If you can't attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost, up to 24 hours before the event.
Event Cancellation: • In the unlikely event we cancel the event, all participants will receive a full refund.
Weather or Force Majeure: • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions or events outside our control, unless we cancel the event.
Special Circumstances: • We understand life can be unpredictable. For emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss options.
To request a cancellation or transfer, please email OvernightSoundbath @ gmail.com with your name and booking details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
